1.  Do you work with distributors?
Yes we do. We will first get approval from national chains for our region before presenting to the large natural distributors. We have very few small specialty distributors in this region and most people prefer to order these "special" items direct.

2.  What is the minimum order
The minimum for a direct order varies by manufacturer. It is about $100, but can be as high as $300.

3.  Can I order below minimum?
Usually not, but each manufacturer has its own policy. Occasionally it is acceptable with a charge of $5 to $10 per order.

4.  Will a sales representative visit my store?
In most instances, once contacted, our sales representatives will schedule a sales call at your store. This will depend on your location.

5.  Can I have an exclusive in my town/neighborhood?
We're sorry, but our manufacturers do not allow exclusives. Our policy is to not oversell one line in a small area. When multiple customers are interested in the same line, we try to sell different parts of a line to different customers. 

6.  Can I split cases?
Each manufacturer has a separate policy. If it is allowed, there usually is a charge of anywhere from $1 to $3.

7.  Can I have terms on my first order?
Usually not, although each manufacturer has its own policy. We usually handle such requests on a case-by-case basis.

8.  How do I receive manufacturers catalogs?
Call or email us and we will mail you catalogs along with pricing information. Be sure to include your mailing address with your request.

9.  How do I find out about promotions and monthly specials?
Contact your sales rep to get access to our website login/password to get additional information regarding promotions and specials.
